So as we scour the internet for any excuse to 'celebrate,' we find that today, April 19th, is National Amaretto Day, and we view this highest of holidays with the utmost respect by sharing (and baking and eating) these delicious, almond-y, boozy recipes made with the guest of honor, Amaretto Liqueur.
